Here is where I will tell you about my company and reasons why you should hire me. 

My Goal is not to be the biggest Home Inspection Company. My Goal is to be the Best-The Best in service and the Best in knoledge of my profession. I strive to provide you, my client, with the most through, comprehensive report available anywhere. In most cases we deliver the report at the conclusion of the inspection.

When faced with a large investment we all want to make sure we are getting the most for our hard-earned-money. That is why we provide free of charge to our customers the American Home Warranty limited warranty as part of our professional package of services.

My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing of the following organizations:

• National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
• I am Licensed by the State of Tennessee
• I am fully insured per Tennessee requirements  
• I follow NACHI's Standards of Practice
• I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year
• I supply full on site report with pictures usually at the conclusion of the inspection
• I answer calls 24/7, Through all major sporting events and holidays. 

We recommend and welcome you to attend the home inspection. It is often helpful to be there so the home inspector can explain in person and answer any questions. This is an excellent way to learn about a home even if no problems are found.
